Although I originally was very disappointed after losing the truck I wanted due to communication problems the manager and sales man "David" work hard to make it right and got me a great deal on a much better truck. I would recommend this dealership they have great customer service.

On March 20, I brought my Chevy Tahoe in for an oil change and tire rotation at Maxie Price Chevy, and my experience with Blake was excellent. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and efficient. I was in and out quicker than expected—he even offered a shuttle, but I didn’t need it because the service was done so quickly. While I was there, I mentioned that I thought I might be having some transmission issues. Blake took the time to ask questions to help narrow down the possible cause and advised me to bring it back for a more thorough inspection, which I really appreciated. It showed he genuinely cared and wasn’t just rushing me through. Great customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Blake if you're bringing your vehicle in!

The service rep was great and did a good job communicating what was needed for the repair and even worked to cut some of the costs since there was more work than anticipated. Overall, I was happy with the customer service provided by the Chevy dealership, they did their job and provided some discounts for the repairs. I did inform the service rep that I was unhappy with how my 2018 traverse was aging. In 2025 alone I have had to replace the transmission at 120K miles due to gross failure and this visit (126K miles) was to replace two parts of the exhaust system. One pipe had a massive hole where a weld had failed and the other had a crack where it runs up above the drivetrain. It seems abhorrent that a $40K+ vehicle that is 7 years old would have gross transmission failure and multiple exhaust system failures. I have owned many vehicles, none of which have ever had these problems before and GM corporate's failure to address the poor quality in these components is reprehensible. There are countless reports across the internet about the transmissions failing and I can find countless images of exhaust pipes with holes and cracks identical to mine. I want to be clear, I thought the service rep Blake did a good job helping me out given the situation. I do not hold dealerships liable for what I perceive to be manufacturing flaws, though I do hope they read this review and voice concerns to GM corporate.

If you are buying a car go see Chad he is a freaking SUPERSTAR💫 and Ashley the sales manager is an ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR!!! They did such an amazing job for us on my 25 Traverse I'd buy a car from them again and again!!!

Great experience working with Damien on purchase of 2020 equinox Well after my car was totaled in 2024 I realized the extent to which we had been screwed! Instead of charging 19999.00 like they advertised. They charged 26000.00...and even though we said we did not want extended warranty they added on a charge of 4000. For that We were extremely trusting as we had never had any problems in purchasing cars over a 60 year period. Tired. Exhausted just wanted to get out of the place. Did not realize until car was totaled and insurance sent us a check for 400.00. we ended up paying over 42,000 for a car priced at 19999.00! When I confronted Maxie Or ce on this he repeatedly told me I was lying. That he had never sold a 2020 equinox for 19999 . I asked if his marketing department kept records of their ads. He says he doesn't have a marketing department. I asked where his ads came from. He is response was from GM. Said they posted it under the Maxie price name but he didn't have to honor it+ I called GM. They do NO marketing for any dealerships. They have no participatory relationship with the dealerships. Maxie price would not know the truth if it walked and kicked him in his rotten teeth Stay away from Maxie pric!!!

Michael Karter met me as I parked in the lot, we went in and chatted about what I was looking for. Grab keys for a couple of trucks and got busy looking at these incredible vehicle. Test drove a truck, came back to look at numbers. No high pressure, just easy conversation until I was out of time. Came back on Monday, drove another truck and then made a deal we both could live with. F&I guy was easy to work with, no high pressure sales pitch. Detailers did an excellent job, the delivery team did a great job showing me the ins and outs of the vehicle and getting the app set up and I drove away with a really nice vehicle.
